About Me

George consults for corporate and entrepreneurial firms, driving business model transformations, growth, and increasing market value for exits or investments. He calls himself an “insultant,” a hands-on consultant who drives change from within.

With over 25 years of expertise in spearheading transformation programs across Europe and the Middle East, he directly managed a €230 million project in telecoms, oversaw portfolios of hundreds of projects with a €150 million (annual budget) per portfolio.

He was a stream leader in the £78.4 billion takeover—the largest transaction ever involving a London-listed company—where he led the critical business readiness project for the sale of European companies and brands. George has also been instrumental in executing high-impact, high-stakes projects in the UK, Germany, France, Czech Republic, Romania, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

With advanced studies at the University of Edinburgh in Program & Portfolio Management, Sales Force Management, and Organizational Behavior, and qualifications in coaching and change management from the US Center for Appreciative Inquiry, George challenges companies to rethink fundamental assumptions and takes a hands-on, skin-in-the-game approach to transformation.
