I am the outside intervention! I am the “Dr. House” of Transformation!
I believe that true transformation means building an organizational culture that can proactively and constructively identify and resolve its own problems and opportunities — without outside intervention.
And this is where the paradox appears:
I am that outside intervention.
And my goal is to “lose” every client within 2–3 years — because by then, the organization no longer needs me.
At first, I found the nickname given to me by clients and journalists —
“The Dr. House of Transformation” — unusual.


But today, I fully embrace it.
Because I diagnose complex organisational problems with surgical precision and deliver pragmatic, high-impact solutions for entrepreneurs, corporations, and governments alike.
For me, true transformation means maturity, clarity, and courage —
and my role is to help organizations get there…
until they are fully able to continue on their own.
For more than 25 years, I have worked as an international business transformation consultant, board member, education activist, and entrepreneur, leading large-scale change programs across Europe and the Middle East. Today, I serve as Managing Director for Romania & Moldova at Adizes Institute Worldwide—one of the top 10 global management consulting firms, supporting leaders for more than 50 years. I am also a graduate of the prestigious Adizes Executive Program.

- Managing portfolios of hundreds of projects, each exceeding €150 million annually
- Serving as stream leader in the £78.4 billion takeover — the largest transaction ever involving a London-listed company — where I led the business readiness strategy for European business sales

- Founder of Futuro EduTech — helping teachers deliver Problem-Based Learning (PBL) aligned to the national curriculum
- Co-founder of Leadership Majlis alongside Tina Al Qubaisi. Leadership Majlis is incorporated in UAE and delivers consultancy services in the Gulf area, including thye famous Horse Powered Learning Business Seminars.
Romania Immune (România Imună)
Through Romania Immune, my mission is to increase the resilience of Romania’s population to misinformation through education, awareness, and critical-thinking development. Working with both local and international partners, we develop tools that help people identify and counter fake news and manipulation.
I also proudly serve on the boards of several organisations in business and education.

Another dimension of my work is running Horse-Powered Leadership Seminars for CEOs and executive teams in many countries around the globe.
